If you’ve already got a stand and you’re happy with your contractor, we can help you with all the details like designing your graphics and promotional literature or producing press releases and press packs.

Event Press Coverage

Exhibitions and events are great opportunities to raise your company profile or promote your product/service range but… you need time to prepare the copy and meet the deadlines. We can submit expertly crafted press releases, liaise with editors, arrange journalist interviews and invite opinion leaders to events on your behalf.

Logistically road shows can be tricky as you’re looking at multiple venues and often several speakers. Our road show service can provide the full works from detailed schedule planning and development of materials to publicity and liaison with speakers.

Case Study

International Business Wales – Medica 2006

International Business Wales (IBW) issued a brief to design and build their Welsh Pavilion at the Medica 2006 exhibition. IBW is the Welsh Assembly Government's international trade and investment body.

The design for IBW was a response to the clients desire to make an inviting and eye catching stand, one where clients and other parties would feel comfortable and also assist in engaging customers with the services offered. The central area of the stand was designed to be a business meet & greet with the perimeter stand space being dedicated to individual Welsh companies exhibiting on a shell scheme basis. For other smaller budget companies providing services as opposed to selling products, there was the opportunity to take exhibiting space on individual display pods.

All objectives were achieved and IBW and their co-exhibitors had a very successful Medica. Extremely positive comments were received with regards to the overall management of the design and build of the stand. The working relationship between the two companies continues to grow as they work together on further projects.
